Skin maceration with the must at 10°C for 24 hours. Must extraction and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15°C-22°C for 15 days.

MATURATION

In stainless steel tanks and aging in bottle.

CARATTERISTICHE ORGANOLETTICHE

Cherry pink with violet reflections. Intense aroma of ripe red cherry, strawberry, and rose petals. Fresh, full, and balanced on the palate.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

12°-14° C.
